  • Recurring messages for appointment reminders or care coordination

  • Additional messages as needed for urgent care or compliance notifications

We make every effort to communicate respectfully and only when necessary to support your care and service access.

 Opt-Out and Assistance

  • To opt out of non-essential messaging, reply STOP at any time. You may also contact us directly.

Opting out of certain messages may limit our ability to provide timely service updates.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Quality Life Management is not responsible for any charges incurred from your service provider.

All information you provide is treated as confidential and protected under HIPAA and Georgia state confidentiality laws. This includes:

  • Your Medicaid/waiver program participation

  • Any health or service-related information you provide

Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it to provide care, services, or administrative support.

 HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

This Messaging Policy supplements, but does not replace, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which outlines your rights and our obligations regarding the use and disclosure of your PHI. You may request a copy of our full Notice at any time.

 Modifications to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in legal or service requirements. Any updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
